Do you outsource development to countries such as India, Argentina or Costa Rica?

No—we do not outsource full projects. We do partner with three exceptional long-standing contractors outside the U.S. who have supported Hatchery for many years. We rely on them for specific initiatives and continue to value their expertise. They do not participate in any of our U.S.-based DoD or regulated projects and focus exclusively on non-sensitive work.
Beyond these established relationships, we do not offshore complete projects to other countries.

Do you work with CRM Systems?

Yes. Hatchery has extensive experience integrating with top CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. Recently, alongside two of our customers, we migrated to Brevo—and we absolutely love it. We’ve since developed custom interfaces to extend its capabilities, and our marketing team is fluent in creating powerful Brevo-driven campaigns, from custom landing pages to high-impact SMS and email outreach. Does Hatchery provide UI/UX services?

Absolutely. Hatchery is actively working on strengthening our product design talent. We highly recommend all projects begin with a product design specialist. The work can inform future development decisions and even be used to assist in wedding investors. By doing the upfront work, you will reduce your costs in the longhaul and you will end up with a better product.

This is a common scenario - many developers have limited or no experience with production-level code or hosting. We’ll begin by clarifying your product objectives and then provide a proposal outlining several options. It’s unlikely that we’ll use the existing code.

At Hatchery, we leverage AI every day—but serious engineering requires more than fast, surface-level results. In fields like FinTech, Medicine and scientific computing, understanding the math, the architecture, and the security model is essential. AI speeds us up, but it doesn’t replace the craftsmanship needed to build systems that endure.
Sure, we can "vibe code" too—but if you don't understand what the AI produced, you're building on a fragile foundation. We believe the future belongs to teams that use AI intelligently, not blindly, and we are continually evolving our approach with that mindset.

What is your programming ecosystem?

We support a wide range of platforms, products, and enterprise systems, with AWS serving as the backbone of our infrastructure. While our primary focus is on modern React-based client applications, we operate across a diverse and flexible technology landscape. On the backend, we specialize in Java-driven systems leveraging DynamoDB, MySQL, and Oracle. Our development process is powered by GitHub and fully automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure speed, quality, and reliability. We also bring hands-on experience in regulated environments, including SOC, HIPAA, and DoD-compliant systems.
